DECISION
PROMULGATING THE LIST OF FERTILIZERS SUBJECT TO QUALITY STANDARD ANNOUNCEMENT
THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to the Ordinance on Goods Quality of December 24, 1999;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 73/CP of November 1, 1995 on the functions, tasks, powers and organizational apparatus of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 86/CP of December 8, 1995 prescribing the assignment of responsibilities of State management over goods quality and Joint Circular No. 1537/KCM-NN-PTNT of July 17, 1996 guiding the implementation of Decree No. 86/CP;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 86/2002/ND-CP of November 5, 2002 defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structures of the ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
At the proposals of the director of the Department for Agricultural and Forestry Promotion and the director of the Department for Sciences, Technologies and Product Quality,
DECIDES:
Article 1.- To promulgate together with this Decision the list of fertilizers subject to quality standard announcement.
Article 2.- In each period, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development shall adjust the above-said list in order to meet the production/business requirements.
