DECISION
ON AMENDMENT OF AND ADDITION TO A NUMBER OF ARTICLES OF THE REGULATION ON ORGANIZATION AND OPERATION OF SECURITIES INVESTMENT FUNDS AND FUND MANAGEMENT COMPANIES (PROMULGATED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE DECISION NO. 73/2004/QD-BTC OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE DATED 3 SEPTEMBER 2004)
THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
- Pursuant to the Decree No. 77/2003/ND-CP dated 1 July 2003 of the Prime Minister regulating the functions, tasks, power and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
- Pursuant to the Government's Decree No.144/2003/ND-CP dated 28 November 2003 on securities and securities markets;
At the request of the Chairman of the State Secutrities Commission,
DECIDES:
Article 1: Add Point d to Item 2, Article 42 of the Regulation on organization and operation of securities investment funds and fund management companies (promulgated in conjunction with the Decision No. 73/2004/QD-BTC of the Minister of Finance dated 3 September 2004) as follows:
