DECISION
ON NON-AFFIXTURE OF IMPORT GOODS STAMPS TO 16 IMPORT ITEMS
THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to Decree No.77/2003/ND-CP dated July 1, 2003 of the Government defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Pursuant to the directive opinions of the Prime Minister at Document No.6889/VPCP-KTTH dated November 22, 2006 of the Governmental Office on the affixture of import goods and domestically-produced goods stamps;
After obtaining the opinions of the Ministry of Trade and the Ministry of Security;
To speed up the international economic integration; carry out the administrative renovation in management of trading in import goods and create conditions for the circulation of import goods;
At the proposal of the General Director of Customs,
DECIDES:
Article 1.
As from September 1, 2007, not to affix import goods stamps to 16 import items specified in Joint Circular No. 77/1997/TTLT-BTC-BTM-BNV-TCHQ dated November 1, 1997; Joint Circular No. 30/1998/TTLT-BTC-BTM-BNV-TCHQ dated March 16, 1998; Joint Circular No. 121/1998/TTLT-BTC-BTM-BNV-TCHQ dated September 1, 1998; Joint Circular No. 46/1999/TTLT-BTC-BTM-BNV-TCHQ dated May 5, 1999 of the Ministries of Finance, Trade and Home Affairs (the Ministry of Public Security now) and the General Department of Customs on the affixture of the import goods stamps to the following items:
1. Completely built up bicycles
2. Electric fans of all kinds
3. Completely built up televisions (new and old)
