DECISION
AMENDING THE MINIMUM PRICES OF SOME MOTORCYCLE BRANDS
THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 86/2002/ND-CP of November 5, 2002 defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structures of the ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 178/CP of October 28, 1994 on the tasks, powers and organizational apparatus of the Ministry of Finance;
Pursuant to the competence and principles for setting the prices for calculation of export tax and import tax, prescribed in Article 7 of the Government’s Decree No. 54/CP of August 28, 1993 detailing the implementation of the Law on Export Tax and Import Tax;
At the proposal of the General Director of Tax;
DECIDES:
Article 1.- To annul the specific provisions on the minimum prices of YAMAHA motorcycles of brand XC 125 T; DT 125 cc and model DT 175 and 171 cc in the table of minimum prices of commodities on the list of commodities subject to the State control over their import tax
