DECISION
ON THE TEMPORARY COLLECTION, EXEMPTION AND/OR REDUCTION OF BRIDGE, LAND ROAD AND FERRY TOLLS
THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 15/CP of March 2, 1993 on the tasks, powers and State management responsibility of the ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 178/CP of October 28, 1994 on the tasks, powers and organizational apparatus of the Ministry of Finance;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 57/2002/ND-CP of June 3, 2002 detailing the implementation of the Ordinance on Charges and Fees;
In order to promulgate and organize the synchronous implementation of, documents guiding the implementation of the Government’s Decree No. 57/2002/ND-CP, which details the implementation of the Ordinance on Charges and Fees;
At the proposal of the Director of the Financial Policy Department,
DECIDES:
Article 1.- To continue the collection, exemption and/or reduction of bridge, land road and ferry tolls according to the current regulations issued by the competent State agencies.
Article 2.-For subject eligible for exemption and/or reduction under Article 1 of this Decision, the competent agencies shall have to grant them toll-free cards according to the current procedures and regulations. For cases where toll-free cards have been already granted but are no longer valid, the competent agencies shall have to continue granting them until new regulations are issued.
