DECISION
Providing levels of vocational training support for employees covered by unemployment insurance
Pursuant to the December 25, 2001 Law on Organization of the Government;
Pursuant to the November 26, 2013 Law on Employment;
Pursuant to the November 29, 2006 Law on Vocational Training;
At the proposal of the Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs,
The Prime Minister promulgates the Decision providing levels of vocational training support for employees covered by unemployment insurance.
Article 1. Scope of regulation
This Decision provides levels of vocational training support for employees covered by unemployment insurance.
Article 2. Subjects of application
1. Employees covered by unemployment insurance and fully satisfying the conditions prescribed in Article 55 of the Law on Employment.
2. Agencies, organizations and enterprises registering to provide vocational training under the law on vocational training (below collectively referred to as vocational training institutions) engaged in providing vocational training for employees covered by unemployment insurance.
3. The provincial-level Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs Departments, Vietnam Social Security, employment service centers established by the state management agencies in charge of employment, and related agencies involved in vocational training support for employees.
