THE PRIME MINISTER
Decision No. 826/QD-TTg dated May 29, 2013 of the Prime Minister amending and supplementing some articles of the Decision No. 2406/QD-TTg dated December 18, 2011 of the Prime Minister issuing the list of the national target programs – phase 2012-2015 and the Decisions promulgating the national target programs – phase 2012 -2015
Pursuant to Government Organization dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the December 16, 2002 Law on State budget;
Pursuant to the opinion of the Standing Committee of National Assembly at the documents No. 258/UBTVQH13-TCNS dated October 29, 2012 on targets, tasks, implementation duration and specific sources of component projects of each national target program during 2011 – 2015;
At the proposal of the Minister of Planning and Investment,
DECIDES:
Article 1. To amend and supplement some articles of the Decision No. 2406/QD-TTg dated December 18, 2011 of the Prime Minister issuing the list of the national target programs (NT programs) - phase 2012-2015 and the Decisions promulgates the national target programs – phase 2012 -2015 as follows:
1. To amend name of Project 1 and Project 2 point a clause 2 Article 1 of Decision No. 2406/QD-TTg dated December 18, 2011 of the Prime Minister as follows:
“- Project 1: Program 30a, including contents and tasks of Program 30a performing and supporting investment in infrastructures of the special-difficult communes at coastal plains and islands;
- Program 2: Program 135, including support for investment in infrastructure, support for production development to special-difficult communes, border communes, safe-zonal communes, special-difficult villages and hamlets;”
2. To amend name of point a clause 6 Article 1 of Decision No. 1489/QD-TTg dated October 08, 2012 of the Prime Minister approving the national target Program on sustainable poverty reduction during 2012 – 2015 (hereinafter referred to as Decision No. 1489/QD-TTg) as follows:
