DECISION
APPROVING THE TECHNICAL SUPPORT PROJECT IN PREPARATION FOR THE NATURAL DISASTER REDUCTION PROJECT WITH CAPITAL BORROWED FROM THE WORLD BANK
THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 73-CP of October 1, 1995 prescribing the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 17/2001/ND-CP of May 4, 2001 promulgating the Regulation on the Management and Use of Official Development Assistance (ODA) source;
Pursuant to the Government Office’s Document No. 2170/VPVP-QHQT of April 25, 2002 and Document No. 5211/VPVP-QHQT of September 19, 2002 notifying the Prime Minister’s opinions on assigning the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development to receive and implement the non-refundable technical support in preparation for the natural disaster reduction project with capital borrowed from the World Bank (WB),
DECIDES:
Article 1.- To approve the technical support project in preparation for the natural disaster reduction project with capital borrowed from the World Bank with the following contents:
1. The project’s name: The technical support project in preparation for the natural disaster reduction project with capital borrowed from the World Bank.
2. The managing agency: The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.
3. The project’s type: Technical support ODA project.
4. Investment form: Non-refundable ODA.
