DECISION
EXPERIMENTALLY EQUITIZING A NUMBER OF STATE CORPORATIONS
THE PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the December 25, 2001 Law on Organization of the Government;
Pursuant to the June 12, 1999 Enterprise Law;
Pursuant to the April 20, 1995 Law on State Enterprises;
Pursuant to the Government's Action Program for implementation of the Resolution of the 9th plenum of the Party Central Committee, the IXth Congress;
At the proposals of the Minister of the Industry, the Minister of Construction and the Minister of Transport,
DECIDES:
Article 1.- To experimentally equitize the following State corporations:
1. Vietnam Electronics-Informatics Corporation (under the Ministry of Industry),
2. Vietnam Export, Import and Construction Corporation (under the Ministry of Construction),
3. The Trade and Construction Corporation (under the Ministry of Transport).
