Decision No. 8438/QD-BCT dated September 22, 2014 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade supplementing the list of domestically produced machinery, equipment and raw materials
Pursuant to Decree No. 95/2012/ND-CP dated November 12, 2012 of the Government on defining the functions, tasks, entitlements and organizational structure of The Ministry of Industry and Trade;
Pursuant to Decision No. 2840/QD-BCT dated May 28, 2010 of the Minister of Industry and Trade on issuance of list of domestically produced machinery, equipment, and raw materials;
Pursuant to Dispatch No. 5790/BCT-KH dated July 3, 2012 of The Ministry of Industry and Trade providing guidance on adjustments and supplements of List of domestically produced machinery, equipment, and raw materials;
At the request of Director of the Plan Department,
DECIDES:
Article 1. To supplement the list of domestically produced machinery, equipment, and raw materials is issued together with this Decision.
Article 2. Pursuant to Article 2 of Decision No. 2840/QD-BCT dated May 28, 2010 of the Minister of Industry and Trade on issuance of List of domesticallyproduced machinery, equipment, and raw materials and this Supplementary list, the Ministries, authorities and People’s Committees of central-affiliated cities and provinces shall provide guidance of implementation.
Article 3. The Ministries, authorities and People’s Committees of central-affiliated cities and provinces, corporations, general companies, companies and profession associations shall propose adjustments to the List to the Ministry of Industry and Trade in the course of implementation.
Article 4. This Decision takes effect on the signing date.
