Decision No. 8474/QD-BCT dated September 23, 2014 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade promulgating the charges for electricity stop and back
Pursuant to the Decree No. 95/2012/ND-CP dated November 12, 2012 of the Government defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;
Pursuant to the Electricity Law dated December 03, 2004 and the Law on Amending and Supplementing a number of articles of the Electricity Law dated November 11, 2012;
Pursuant to the Decree No. 137/2013/ND-CP dated October 21, 2013, detailing a number of articles of the Electricity Law and the Law Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Electricity Law;
Pursuant to the Circular No. 25/2014/TT-BCT dated August 06, 2014 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade promulgating the method for defining the charges for electricity stop and back;
At the proposal of the Director of the Electricity Regulatory Authority of Vietnam,
DECIDES:
Article 1. To issue the charges for electricity stop and back at the Appendix issued attached with this Decision. The charges in the Appendix issued with this Decision are excluded VAT.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect on September 25, 2014.
Article 3. Chief Officers of Ministries, Director of the Electricity Regulatory Authority of Vietnam, General Director of the Vietnam Electricity, other relevant organizations, individuals shall implement this Decision./.
