PROMULGATING THE PRICE INDEX WHICH AMENDS AND SUPPLEMENTS THE PRICE INDEX PROMULGATED TOGETHER WITH THE FINANCE MINISTERS DECISION No. 149/2002/QD-BTC OF DECEMBER 9, 2002
THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to the competence and principles for determining the prices for import and export goods tax calculation prescribed in Article 7 of the Governments Decree No. 54/CP of August 28, 1993 detailing the implementation of the Law on Import Tax and Export Tax;
At the proposal of the General Director of Customs,
DECIDES:
Article1To amend, supplement and adjust the prices for calculating taxes on cheese, butter, dry yeast for making bread and glass in the Price Index promulgated together with the Finance
