DECISION

ASSIGNING AGENCIES TO DRAFT, AND AGENCIES TO COORDINATE IN DRAFTING, BILLS AND ORDINANCES OF THE GOVERNMENT IN THE XITH NATIONAL ASSEMBLY’S TERM (2002-2007) AND IN 2003

THE PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to the December 25, 2001 Law on Organization of the Government;

Pursuant to the National Assembly’s Resolution No. 12/2002/QH11 of December 16, 2002 on the law- and ordinance-making programs of the XIth National Assembly for its whole term (2002-2007) and for 2003;

Pursuant to the National Assembly Standing Committee’s Resolution No. 222/2003/NQ-UBTVQH of February 10, 2003 on the implementation of the National Assembly’s Resolution on the law- and ordinance-making programs of the XIth National Assembly for its whole term (2002-2007) and for 2003;

At the proposal of the Justice Minister,

DECIDES:

Article 1.- To promulgate together with this Decision the Table of assignment of agencies to draft, and agencies to coordinate in drafting, bills and ordinances under the Government’s law- and ordinance-making programs in the XIth National Assembly’s term (2002-2007) and in 2003.
