Decree No. 09/2011/ND-CP dated January 25, 2011 of the Government amending and supplementing food and medical examination and treatment regimes applicable to persons held in custody and temporary detention provided in Articles 26 and 28 of the Regulation on custody and temporary detention promulgated together with the Government's Decree No. 89/1998/ ND-CP of November 7, 1998
