DECREE

On the amendment, supplement of several articles of the Decree No.141/2006/ND-CP dated 22 November 2006 on the issuance of the List of legal capital levels applicable to credit institutions

GOVERNMENT

- Pursuant to the Law on the Government organization dated 25 December 2001;

- Pursuant to the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam No. 462010/QH12 dated 16 June 2010;

- Pursuant to the Law on Credit Institutions No.47/2010/QH12 dated 16 June 2010;

Upon the proposal of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam,

decrees:

Article 1. To amend, supplement several articles, clauses provided for in the Decree No.141/2006/ND-CP dated 22 November 2006 of the Government on the issuance of the List of legal capital levels applicable to credit institutions as follows:

1. Paragraph 1 Article 2 shall be amended, supplemented as follows:

“1. Credit institutions which are issued with establishment and operation license shall be required to take measures to ensure having the actually contributed or appropriated charter capital at least equivalent to the legal capital level provided for in the List enclosed herewith on 31/12/2011 at the latest.
