THE GOVERNMENT
Decree No. 35/2014/ND-CP dated April 29, 2014 of the Government on amending and supplementing some articles of the Decree No. 29/2011/ND-CP dated April 18, 2011 of the Government providing strategic environmental assessment, environmental impact assessment and environmental protection commitment
Pursuant to the Law on organization of Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Law on environmental protection dated November 29, 2005;
At the request of the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment,
The Government issues the Decree amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 29/2011/ND-CP dated April 18, 2011 of the Government on strategic environment assessment, impact on environment assessment and commitment to environmental protection ;
Article 1. To amend and supplement Clause 3, Article 39 of 29/2011/ND-CP dated April 18, 2011 of the Government providing strategic environmental assessment, environmental impact assessment and environmental protection commitment (hereafter called Decree No. 29/2011/ND-CP) as follows:
“"3. The concentrated areas of production, business, services or the facilities of production, business and services (collectively referred to as the facility) by the time of June 5, 2011 have come into operation but have no decision on approving the report on environmental impact assessment, decision on approving the additional report on environmental impact assessment, the registration of environmental standards, commitment to environmental protection.
