Decree No. 50/2011/ND-CP amending the Decree No. 187/2007/ND-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Information and Communications

Pursuant to the November 23, 2009, Law on telecommunication;

Pursuant to the Decree No. 187/2007/ND-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Information and Communication;   

Pursuant to the Decree No. 50/2011/ND-CP dated June 24, 2011 of the Government amending the Decree No. 187/2007/ND-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Information and Communications; 

Pursuant to the Decree No. 25/2011/ND-CP dated April 06, 2011 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Telecommunications Law; 

At the proposal of the Director of the Vietnam Telecommunications Authority,

The Minister of Information and Communications promulgates the Circular on the list of telecommunication services on the implementation of actual and planned price reports,

Article 1. To issue attached with this Circular List of telecommunication services on the implementation of actual and planned price reports.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect on May 13, 2013.

Article 3. The Chief of Office, heads of agencies, Ministerial units, the Director of the Vietnam Telecommunications Authority, General Directors, Directors of telecommunication enterprises and relevant organizations and individuals shall implement this Circular.
