DECREE
defining conditions, procedures for grant of permits for employment service activities of enterprises engaged in employment service activities
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Labor Code dated June 18, 2012;
Pursuant to the Law on enterprises dated December 29, 2005;
At the proposal of the Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs,
The Government promulgates the Decree defining conditions, procedures for grant of permits for employment service activities of enterprises engaged in employment service activities
Chapter I
GENERAL PROVISIONS
Article 1. Scope of application
This Decree stipulates on conditions, procedures, competence for grant of permits for employment service activities; rights and responsibilities of enterprises engaged in employment service activities.
Article 2. Subject of application
1. Enterprises engaged in employment service activities as stipulated under Clause 2, Article 14 of the Labor Code (hereinafter referred to as the enterprise).
2. Organizations, individuals related to the establishment and operation of the enterprise engaged in employment service activities.
Article 3. Employment service activities of enterprises
1. Providing advice to employees and employers, including:
a) Providing advice on the selection of job, training level, learning place that is suitable with the capacity and demand of laborers;
b) Providing advice to laborers on the selection of job that is suitable with their capacity and demand; skills for examination; creating job, finding job in and out of country;
