 DECREE
AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING THE LIST OF ENTERPRISES WHICH ARE NOT ALLOWED TO GO ON STRIKE, ISSUED TOGETHER WITH THE GOVERNMENT�S DECREE No. 51/CP OF AUGUST 29, 1996
THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government of December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Labor Code of June 23, 1994;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 51/CP of August 29, 1996 on settling requests of labor collectives at enterprises which are not allowed to go on strike;
At the proposal of the Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs,
DECREES:
Article 1.- To issue together with this Decree the list of enterprises which are not allowed to go on strike.
This list replaces the list of enterprises which are not allowed to go on strike, issued together with the Government’s Decree No. 51/CP of August 29, 1996 on settling requests of labor collectives at enterprises which are not allowed to go on strike.
Article 2.- This Decree takes implementation effect 15 days after its signing.
Article 3.- The ministers, the heads of the ministerial-level agencies, the heads of the agencies attached to the Government, the presidents of the People’s Committees of the provinces and centrally-run cities and the enterprises on the list prescribed in Article 1 of this Decree shall have to implement this Decree.

LIST OF ENTERPRISES WHICH ARE NOT ALLOWED TO GO ON STRIKE
(Issued together with the Government’s Decree No. 67/2002/ND-CP of July 9, 2002)
I. ELECTRICITY GENERATION, SUPPLY AND TRANSMISSION ENTERPRISES UNDER VIETNAM ELECTRICITY CORPORATION
1. Pha Lai, Uong Bi, Ninh Binh, Thu Duc, Ba Ria, Phu My and Can Tho thermo-electric power plants.
2. Hoa Binh, Thac Ba, Vinh Son - Song Hinh, Thac Mo, Da Nhim - Ham Thuan - Da Mi, Yaly and Tri An hydro-electric power plants.
3. Electricity companies No. I, II and III.
4. Electricity companies of Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh and Hai Phong cities, and Dong Nai province.
5. Electricity transmission companies No. I, II, III and IV.
6. The National Electricity System Control Center.
7. The Electricity Telecommunications Information Company.
