DECREE
ADDING GOODS AND TRADE SERVICES TO LIST 1 ON GOODS BANNED FROM CIRCULATION AND TRADE SERVICES BANNED FROM PROVISION; AND LIST 3 ON GOODS AND TRADE SERVICES SUBJECT TO CONDITIONAL BUSINESS, ISSUED TOGETHER WITH THE GOVERNMENT’S DECREE NO. 11/1999/ND-CP OF MARCH 3, 1999
THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government of December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Commercial Law of May 10, 1997;
Pursuant to the Enterprise Law of June 12, 1999;
At the proposal of the Minister of Aquatic Resources,
DECREES:
Article 1.- To add goods and trade services to List 1 on goods banned from circulation and trade services banned from provision; and List 3 on goods and trade services subject to conditional business, which were issued together with the Government’s Decree No. 11/1999/ND-CP of March 3, 1999, as follows:
1. List 1 "Goods banned from circulation and trade services banned from provision" is supplemented as follows:
