DECREE
PROMULGATING THE REGULATION ON HIGH-TECH PARKS
THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the December 25, 2001 Law on Organization of the Government,
Pursuant to the June 9, 2000 Science and Technology Law;
Pursuant to the May 20, 1998 Domestic Investment Promotion Law (amended);
Pursuant to the November 12, 1996 Law on Foreign Investment in Vietnam and the June 9, 2000 Law Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Law on Foreign Investment in Vietnam;
At the proposal of the Minister of Science and Technology,
DECREES:
Article 1 .-Topromulgate together with this Decree the Regulation on high-tech parks.
Article 2.-ThisDecree takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette and replaces the Regulation on high-tech parks in the Government's Decree No. 36/CP of April 24, 1997 promulgating the Regulation on industrial parks, export-processing zones and high-tech parks. Other regulations contrary to the provisions of this Decree are all hereby annulled.
