1. Order of implementation:

- Citizens: submit dossiers directly at the one-gate-reception of the Department of Planning and Investment and receive the papers for the result of the application.

- Department of the Planning and Investment: The Business Registration Office receives the application from the one-gate-reception, processing the application and then send the result to the one-gate-reception.

- Citizens receive the results of the dossier of the business registration at one-gate-reception. If the dossier is invalid: the result is the notice of request for amendment or supplementation of the dossier. After revising the file, citizens submit the dossier at one-gate-reception and follow the same procedure as the first submission.
