With a view to implementing the program of legal documents setting up in 2011, the State Bank of Vietnam has prepared a draft Circular on internal control and internal audit system for replacing the Regulation on internal inspection, control of credit institutions issued in conjunction with the Decision No. 36/2006/QD-NHNN and the Regulation on internal audit of credit institutions issued in conjunction with the Decision No. 37/2006/QD-NHNN dated 01 August 2006 of the Governor of the State Bank.

For the purpose of the draft Circular, the State Bank hereby kindly requests the Good unit to contribute your opinion to the draft Circular mentioned above and its explanations, which are published on the website of the State Bank (www.sbv.gov.vn).

Your written opinion shall be sent to the State Bank of Vietnam (Banking Inspection and Supervision Department) prior to 26 August 2011.
