To: Chairmen of People’s Committees of Yên Bái, Hòa Bình, Thái Nguyên, Nam Định, Sóc Trăng, Trà Vinh, Vĩnh Long, Thanh Hóa, Thái Bình
In order to properly implement the Prime Minister’s instruction on assigning provincial People’s Committee Head of office to act as provincial Project 30 Task Forces Director (Official documents 3335/VPCP-TCCV dated 22 May 2008, and 6279/VPCP-TCCV dated 23 September 2008), the Prime Minister’s Special Task Force (STF) proposes that your Head of Office should be assigned as Director of your respective Task Forces.
Decisions to be made in response to this official document should be sent to STF by 1 March 2009 for summarizing and reporting to the Prime Minister.
