To: Credit institutions which are authorized to engage in foreign exchange activity
With a view to implementing solutions for trade deficit restraint under the guideline of the Prime Minister, the State Bank of Vietnam hereby requires Credit Institutions which are authorized to engage in foreign exchange activities (CIs) to report some data as follows:
1. Foreign currency credit provided to the customers who are Residents, classified by the purpose of use (it is required to comply with the Form No.1 attached to this dispatch).
2. The issuance of letter of credit (L/C) by CIs to their customers in Quarter I/2010, classified by term and purpose of issuance (it is required to comply with the Form No.2 attached to this dispatch).
