As a part of the program for building up legal documents guiding the implementation of the Law on Credit Institutions issued in 2010, the State Bank has drawn up a Draft Circular providing for the issuance of License and organization, operation of commercial banks, foreign bank's branches, representative offices of foreign credit institutions, other foreign organizations having banking operation (Draft Circular).
