Official Dispatch No. 374/CNTH8 dated April 17, 2014 of the Information Technology Agency on checking the ATMs using Windows XP

On October 31, 2013, Information Technology Agency issued an Official Dispatch No. 1102/CNTH8 as a warning about the threat to network security when using Windows XP. According to the Dispatch, Microsoft stops providing updates and support for Windows XP, which is an operating system used for many automated teller machines (ATM). This may lead to a risk of vulnerabilities or other errors of this operating system without support from Microsoft. In order to ensure the security of the ATM system, Information Technology Agency requires that the following tasks be carried out:
