On July 31, 2013, Ministry of Internal Affairs promulgated the Circular No. 08/2013/TT-BNV, on guiding implementation of regime on raising salary grade regularly and raising salary grade before the prescribed time, for cadres, civil servants, public employees and employees. In order to carry out provisions in Circular, Vietnam Social Insurance has made a draft regulation on raising salary grade regularly and raising salary grade before the prescribed time for cadres, civil servants, public employees and employees under system of Vietnam Social Insurance, to replace the Regulation on raising salary grade before the prescribed time for civil servants, public employees under system of Vietnam Social Insurance.
For a regulation on raising salary grade regularly and raising salary grade before the prescribed time applicable to civil servants, public employees and employees under system of Vietnam Social Insurance, which is conformable to practical operation of sector, reduce difficulties and problems able to arise in implementation, the Vietnam Social Insurance suggests the units affiliated the Vietnam Social Insurance and social insurance agencies of provinces/cities stated above for accessing website of the Vietnam Social Insurance at address www.baohiemxahoi.gov.vn to download draft regulation and participate in contributing opinions.
