On considering the proposal of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment at the Official Dispatch No. 1623/BTNMT-TCQLDD dated May 23, 2012 reporting the National Assembly on land management, usage in 2011 and the first months of 2012 in country to implement the National Assembly’s Resolution on land usage planning to 2020 and plans on using land in 5 years (2011 – 2015), the Prime Minister has opinion as follows:
To appoint the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment to be on behalf of the Government and pro the Prime Minister to submit above report to the National Assembly.
The Government Office would like the report to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment./.
