The Governor of the State Bank (SBV) issued the Circular No.13/2010/TT-NHNN dated 20 May 2010 providing for the prudential ratios in activities of credit institutions (CIs) and the Circular No.19/2010/TT-NHNN dated 27 September 2010 on the amendment, supplement of several Articles of the Circular No.13/2010/TT-NHNN. Prudential ratios mentioned in these two Circulars have been stipulated by the SBV at the Circular No.21/2010/TT-NHNN dated 08 October 2010 providing for the Statistic reporting applicable to units of the State Bank and credit institutions, foreign bank’s branches, which shall come into effect from 01 July 2011.
During the period of time pending for the effectiveness of the Circular No.21/2010/TT-NHNN, in order to timely meet the information demand of the SBV in its direction, management of currency and supervision over activities of the CIs in accordance with provisions at the Circular No.13/2010/TT-NHNN and Circular No.19/2010/TT-NHNN, the Governor of the State Bank hereby requires that CIs (excluding Vietnam Bank for Social Policies, Vietnam Development Bank and local People's credit funds) as follows:
1. To send temporary report in writing to the SBV in accordance with 08 reporting forms attached to this Official Dispatch, including:
