1. Protected literary, artistic and scientific works include:

2. Documents required for filing a copyright application:
2.1. If the registered owner is the owner and the author/co-author

- Certified copy of identity card of the author / authors;
- Full name, pseudonym (if any), address, telephone and fax numbers of the author / co-authors.

2.2. If the registrant is the owner who is not the author (organization, company) at the same time
- Three samples of works to be registered;
- Information about whether the work published or not; publication time; place of publication; form of publication;
- Power of attorney of organization or individual (sample of MKLAW FIRM);
- Certificate of transfer of work from the author / co-authors to the organization or company (with signature confirmation); or Certificate of work applied for registration is a work performed according to the task of work (1 copy);
- Certified copy of Business Registration Certificate (1 copy);
- Full name, pseudonym (if any) of the author / authors; address, phone number, fax number of the author / author, company.
- Certified copy of identity card of the author / authors;
- Written statement of author (1 copy)
