1. Why should you register the inventions of brushes, furniture, domestic articles, appliances, coffee mills, spice mills and suction cleaners in Vietnam?
There are so many products of brushes, furniture, domestic articles, appliances, coffee mills, spice mills and suction cleaners that are manufactured and sold today and the competitiveness of the market is very intensive. In a competitive market like that, companies have to keep researching and creating new inventions every year in order to survive and develop constantly. And along with the increase in the number of inventions, it is also very important to have adequate ways to protect the inventions from competitors. One of the most effective solutions is to register the inventions with the competent state agencies. You can receive wonderful benefits from registering your inventions and we can point out some benefits as below:
- The owner of the inventions will have the exclusive right to apply technical solutions of inventions to manufacture specific products. This exclusive right will create competitive advantages for the company in the market.
- The patent will be the legal basis to prove the ownership, to protect invention owners, handle infringements, claim compensation for infringed inventions. Along with the development of the economy, there are more situations of copying and infringing inventions for the purpose of unfair competition. When a dispute occurs, if the author has not registered the inventions with the competent state agency, it will be very difficult to prove the ownership and the author may lose the invention.
- The patent will prevent other companies, organizations or individuals from using or stealing the inventions without your permission. It will reduce the status of unfair competition and creating favorable conditions for stable invention use, strengthen the position of your company in the market.
- A patent will not only bring economic benefits through the sale of products and services but also create significant income from transferring or licensing of the invention.
- A patent will create a trust for business partners as well as customers of the company, accordingly, the chance of success for business activities will also increase.
From the above benefits, you can see the importance of invention registration and you should carry out this procedure as soon as possible in order to secure your advantages.
