RESOLUTION
ANNULLING DECREE NO. 136/2005/ND-CP OF NOVEMBER 8, 2005, DEFINING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURES OF OFFICES OF PROVINCIAL-LEVEL PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES
THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the December 25, 2001 Law on the Organization of the Government;
Pursuant to the June 3, 2008 Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents;
Pursuant to Decree No. 24/2009/ND-CP of March 5, 2009, detailing and providing measures for the implementation of the Law on Promulgation of the Legal Documents;
At the proposal of the Minister-Chairman of the Government Office,
RESOLVES:
Article 1. To annul Decree No. 136/2005/ND-CP of November 8, 2005, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structures of Offices of provincial-level People's Committees.
