Resolution No. 49/NQ-CP dated July 10, 2014 of the Government issuing the Government’s action program to implement the Resolution of 4th Plenum of Xth Party Central Committee on some major guidelines and policies for rapid and sustainable economic development when Vietnam is a member of the World Trade Organization
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Resolution No. 08-NQ/TW dated February 05, 2007 of the 4th plenum of Xth party central committee on a number of major guidelines and policies for rapid and sustainable economic development when Vietnam is a member of the World Trade Organization.
Pursuant to the Conclusion No. 58-KL/TW dated April 02, 2013 of the Politburo preliminarily reviewing the five-year implementation of Resolution of the 4th Party Central Committee of 10th Tenure on a number of major guidelines and policies for rapid and sustainable economic development when Vietnam is a member of the World Trade Organization.
At the proposal of the Minister of Industry and Trade and Minister of the Government Office,
DECIDES:
Article 1. To issue the Government’s action program to implement the Resolution of 4th Plenum of Xth Party Central Committee on some major guidelines and policies for rapid and sustainable economic development when Vietnam is a member of the World Trade Organization with this Resolution
Article 2. This Resolution takes effect on the signing date.
Article 3. Ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, heads of government-attached agencies, Chairman of People's Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities shall implement this Resolution. /.

GOVERNMENT’S ACTION PROGRAM
TO IMPLEMENT THE RESOLUTION OF 4TH PLENUM OF XTH PARTY CENTRAL COMMITTEE ON SOME MAJOR GUIDELINES AND POLICIES FOR RAPID AND SUSTAINABLE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT WHEN VIETNAM IS A MEMBER OF THE WORLD TRADE ORGANIZATION
(To issue with Resolution No. 49/NQ-CP dated July 10, 2014 of the Government)
I. OBJECTIVES
The 4th Plenum of Xth Party Central Committee has issued the Resolution No. 08-NQ/TW on a number of major guidelines and policies for rapid and sustainable economic development when Vietnam is a member of the World Trade Organization (WTO). The Resolution No. 58-KL/TW dated April 02, 2013 of the Politburo preliminarily reviewing the 05-year implementation of Resolution has affirmed that “ The implementation of 10 task outlined in the Resolution has achieved the positive results. The international economic integration and WTO accession have affected comprehensively every aspects of the country development. These achievements affirm that the Resolution of the 4th Party Central Committee of 10th Tenure on a number of guidelines and policies for our country to rapidly and sustainable develop when Vietnam becomes a member of WTO is proper” and give directions to continue promoting the implementation of Resolution in the near future.
