According to Decree No. 51/2010/ND-CP and Circular 39/2014/TT-BTC dated 31/03/2014 guiding Decree No. 51/2010/ND-CP on invoices for the sale of goods and provision of services service. Businesses must order printing and print invoices beginning in January 2011. For some small businesses (less than 10 employees), the right to choose between purchasing invoices or ordering invoices until the end of 2011, until early 2012 all businesses have to order print and use printed invoices.

In order to order invoice printing, clients only need to sign a service contract with Minh Khue Law Firm. We will represent the client to carry out invoice printing procedures with the printing company and tax department.

1. Process of printing invoices:

- Clients order invoice printing with Minh Khue Law Firm.

- Minh Khue Law Firm contacted to make a contract with the printing company.
- Transfer invoice maquette to client to see and bring to the tax authorities who directly handle the unit for approval.
- Agree on Invoice maquette sample with clients (client sign for approval) and printing companies, order printing.
- Get the invoice after printing.
- Take the invoice form together with the invoice issuance notice (3 copies) to the tax office.
- After 2 - 3 working days, the tax manager will work to use the invoice.
2. Procedures, papers to prepare for printing invoices:
- The client ensures information about the business to order invoice printing is not any tax problems (such as the company headquarters has a certificate of right to use the land and belong to the right of use of the business owner, not violate the field of taxation, code tax amount ...)
- Clients bring their business registration certificate (notarized copy), certificate of tax code (notarized copy), photocopy of representative's identity card. Register, fill in the form "Quotation print invoice". Make sure the information is correct and tested.
- Clients make a contract with MKLAW FIRM. And pay bill printing services, bill printing costs, and other fees (work with tax authorities).
