• Particulars Industrial Property objects to be assigned including Certificate of trademark registration number, granting date etc.
• Scope of assignment (assignment as a whole or partial) ,
• Price of assignment,
• Conditions for amendment, termination, and invalidity of the contract,
• Settlement of claims and disputes;
• Signature of a representative of the assignor and assignee and Certified by notarized public
