1. Counsel legal provisions for each amendment content, specifically:

2. Carrying out the works under authorization:

Minh Khue Law Firm shall perform the work under the authorization of the customer at the competent State agencies for registration of amendment of the investment certificate upon request. Contents of work to be performed:

- Representing clients to submit, withdraw, receive investment registration certificate amendment documents at the Planning and Investment Department;

- Monitoring the processing and notification of the submitted dossiers;

- Receive the amended investment certificate at the Planning and Investment Department;

- Carrying out the procedures for submitting the seal engraving registration dossiers and contacting the seal making for enterprises at competent agencies (in case of relocation of other district offices);

- Receive seal and seal certificate (Employees of Minh Khue Law Firm will join the business owner at the Business Registration Office to do the above);

- Carrying out the procedures for registration of change of tax codes and export and import functions for enterprises.

3. Post-amendment consultancy

- Provide legal documents as required (via email);
- Drafting internal documents of the enterprise, including the charter, minutes of the contribution of capital to set up the company, the election of the chairman, appointment of the legal representative, appointment of director, appointment decision Chief, Share Certificate, Shareholder's Book, Notice of shareholder book ...;
- Advising on other related issues.
