Dossiers of branch dissolution include:

- The enterprise's decision on the dissolution of the branch or the decision on revocation of the branch operation certificate issued by a competent state agency;

- List of creditors and unpaid debts, including tax debts, branches and social insurance premiums;

- The list of employees and corresponding interests of the employees;

- Certificate of operation of the branch;
- Seal, certificate of seal specimen registration, certificate of tax code registration of the branch of the enterprise;
- Number of unused added value invoices;
The legal representative of the enterprise and the director of the dissolved branch shall be jointly liable for the truthfulness and accuracy of the dossier for dissolution of the branch.
Enterprises with dissolved branches shall be responsible for performing contracts, paying debts, including tax debts, of the branch and continuing to use labor or fully settle the lawful interests of the laborers who have worked at the branch in accordance with the law.
Within 7 working days since the date of receiving complete dossiers on the branch dissolution, the business registration agency or the competent State management agency shall notify the tax agency and the police office about the dissolution of the branch of the enterprise; Also remove the name of the branch in the branch operation register, if no other request is made by the tax office and the police.
