Press works are defined at the Point c, Clause 1, Article 14 of the Law on Intellectual Property include the following categories: reportage, quick recording, narration, interview, reflection, investigation, comment, editorials, press articles and other types of newspapers for publication on the printed press, audio, video, newspapers or other media.

1. Works that are eligible for protection:

According to the provisions of Article 14 of the 2005 Law on Intellectual Property, literary, scientific and artistic works shall be protected under the following twelve forms:

(a) Literary works, scientific works, textbooks, teaching courses and other works expressed in written language or other characters;

(b) Lectures, addresses and other speeches;

(d) Musical works;

(dd) Stage works;

(e) Cinematographic works and works created by a process analogous to cinematography (hereinafter all referred to as cinematographic works);

(g) Plastic artworks and applied artworks;

(h) Photographic works;

(i) Architectural works;

(k) Sketches, plans, maps and drawings related to topography or scientific works;

(l) Folklore and folk artworks;

(m) Computer programs and data collections.

2. Dossiers for registration of copyright protection of works:

The component of the file submitted to the Copyright Office, in this case, shall include:

- 02 declaration of registration of copyright protection;

- 02 notarized copies of the ID card of the author of the work;

- 02 assignment decision if the owner of the copyright is the company

- 02 description and summary of details of the work (closed book);

- Two copies of the record (a volume);

- Other records will be at the request of the Copyright Office.

Applications will be submitted to the Copyright Office.

3. Documents need to be provided for registration of copyright:

To carry out the protection of copyright over the above mentioned scripts of television programs. You need to provide us with the following:

- 02 copies of the author's identity card of the above work;

- Two detailed descriptions of the work;

- Two copies of the recording of the work.

Declarations, explanations, and other documents required by the Copyright Office will be prepared, on behalf of clients.

4. Time-limit for resolution and grant of copyright protection titles:

The time limit for settling the application for a copyright certificate is 15 days from the date of receiving the valid dossier and pay the State fee for the application for the certificate. If the work is a work created by the author himself, not duplicated, copied, do not violate the law and elements of the fine customs of our nation, we assure the application for certification to get the copyright for the work mentioned above for a period of 15 days.
