The owner of a trademark registration certificate may transfer the ownership of a trademark to others. After the transfer of ownership of a trademark, the owner of the trademark registration certificate shall terminate all trademark rights.

Trademark transfer registration procedures are as follows:

Object: Full ownership of a protected brand for a specific product or service group. The licensor terminates all his rights to the transferred trademark.

Necessary documents:

- Declaration (as provided by MKLAW FIRM);
- The contract for trademark ownership transfer (according to the form provided by Minh Khue Law);
- Letter of Authority (as provided by MKLAW FIRM);
- Trademark Registration certificate (original).
Period of procedure of trademark transfer: 3-4 months
Note: Registered trademarks have the same name with the name of the business of the owner of the application should not be transferred or needed to take additional steps.
