1. Các loại từ trong câu tiếng Anh
Trong tiếng Anh, có tất cả là 8 loại từ khác nhau:
- Liên từ
- Thán từ
- Tính từ
- Danh từ
- Động từ
- Trạng từ
- Giới từ
- Đại từ
Chúng ta không thể nào sắp xếp từ tiếng Anh trong câu nếu không biết về các loại từ (vị trí, cách dùng, ngữ nghĩa..) của chúng đúng không nào.
2. Trật tự từ trong câu tiếng Anh đơn giản
Trong bất cứ câu tiếng Anh cơ bản nào cũng đều có các phần nêu trên. Đó là gì? Đó là chủ ngữ, động từ, tân ngữ.
- Chủ ngữ ở đây có thể là : Danh từ, đại từ
- Động từ : các động từ chỉ hành động
- Tân ngữ(đi sau các động từ chỉ hành động) có thể là : danh từ, cụm danh từ
Trong một câu khẳng định thông thường sẽ giữ đúng cấu trúc như trên không thay đổi.
