Nên mình suy nghĩ dùng 1 loại nước uống ngon miệng, ngọt ngào, kèm với chút thuốc an thần sẽ làm dịu nỗi buồn và cũng làm dịu đc những ảo giác và ham muốn của chất kích thích mang lại .

Cứ mỗi gói con sử dụng 2 - 3 viên lexomil mà sau này con mới biết đó là biệt dược brozemapam nằm trong danh mục 3 chất được sử dụng nhưng phải (Các chất ma túy được dùng trong phân tích, kiểm nghiệm, nghiên cứu khoa học, điều tra tội phạm hoặc trong lĩnh vực y tế, thú y theo quy định của cơ quan có thẩm quyền )
Sau này mình đã sử dụng stilux - 60 để thay cho brozemapam. Một người shiper của con bị bên công an giữ vì bị nghi là gói có ketamin ở trong ấy (lúc bị giữ chỉ có 1 gói trong người). Mình đã bán đc hơn 100 gói ra thị trường mỗi gói có giá 700k. Hôm nay mình nhận đc thông báo mạng facebook là gói của con chứa hơn 17g brozemapam nhưng chuyện ấy không chính xác nếu đúng thì mình chỉ sử dụng tầm 2 - 3 viên cho mỗi gói sử dụng cho 5 người tầm 1g cộng với đường và bột xoài thì tổng trọng lượng mới 17g.
Trường hợp này Luật Minh Khuê cho mình hỏi mình có bị truy cứu trách nhiệm hình sự không?

1. Cơ sở pháp lý quy định về ma túy, chất ma túy
Bộ luật hình sự năm 2015 (Luật hình sự sửa đổi, bổ sung năm 2017);
Nghị định 73/2018/NĐ-CP quy định về danh mục chất ma túy và tiền chất;
Nghị định 60/2020/NĐ-CP sửa đổi danh mục các chất ma túy và tiền chất kèm theo nghị định số 73/2018/nđ-cp quy định các danh mục chất ma túy và tiền chất;
2. Brozemapam có phải là tiền chất ma túy không?
Nghị định 73/2018/NĐ-CP quy định các danh mục chất ma túy và tiền chất. Các danh mục này quy định các chất ma túy tuyệt đối cấm sử dụng trong y học và đời sống xã hội; việc sử dụng các chất này trong phân tích, kiểm nghiệm, nghiên cứu khoa học, điều tra tội phạm theo quy định đặc biệt của cơ quan có thẩm quyền.
Tuy nhiên, qua kiểm tra các danh mục trên, không có tên chất stilux - 60 hay brozemapam như quý khách đã nêu. Thế nhưng, trên thực tế có những vụ án mặc dù các chất này không nằm trong dạnh mục nhưng nếu có đặc điểm là chất kích thích hoặc ức chế thần kinh, dễ gây tình trạng nghiện đối với người sử dụng. Hoặc là chất kích thích, ức chế thần kinh hoặc gây ảo giác, nếu sử dụng nhiều lần có thể dẫn tới tình trạng nghiện đối với người sử dụng thì vẫn có thể bị truy cứu trách nhiệm hình sự về những hành vi tương ứng như tội Tội sản xuất trái phép chất ma túy;Tội tàng trữ trái phép chất ma túy; Tội vận chuyển trái phép chất ma túy; Tội mua bán trái phép chất ma túy; Tội chiếm đoạt chất ma túy....
