Chuyển giao theo cách thông thường (REGULAR WAY DELIVERY) phương pháp (khác với nhà nước) nhờ đó chứng khoán được bán trên Thị trường Giao dịch Chứng khoán New York được người môi giới bán chứng khoán chuyển giao cho người môi giới mua chứng khoán vào ngày giao dịch thường lộ thứ 4 sau khi giao dịch mua bán xảy ra. Method whereby securities (other than government) sold on the New York Stock Exchange are delivered to the buying broker by the selling broker on the fourth full business day after the transaction takes place.
