Lợi tức chưa thu (UNEARNED INCOME) là lợi tức thu từ tiền thuê nhà, lãi, cổ tức - hoặc các yếu tố - khác không liên quan trực tiếp với nỗ lực kết hợp của cá nhân hoặc công ty. Nó còn được coi là lợi tức hoặc các khoản kế toán trước cho giá trị trong tương lai hoặc các dịch vụ được chuyển khoản.
