Tài khoản ủy thác (DISCRETIONARY ACCOUNT) là tài khoản mà trong đó sự chọn lựa về chứng khoán, giá cả và sắp xếp thời gian mua hoặc bán được giao cho Người môi giới tùy ý quyết định.
