1. Extensively propagating in employees who constantly practice their style and sense of discipline of the employee class, always abide by the rules and regulations of the Company.

2. Mobilizing all employees and unionists to be aware of their responsibilities, rights and obligations to production labour, striving to fulfil the planned targets of the enterprise with the slogan “Productivity, quality, high efficiency”.

3. Continue to mobilize the employees who have not participated in the Trade Union to make an application form for participating in their organization. Striving to achieve the rate of 100% of the employees at the enterprise participating in the Trade Union. Implementing and abiding by the Charter of Vietnam Trade Union.

4. Conducting to sign the collective labour agreement, supervising the implementation of the regimes and policies of the enterprise in respect of the employees such as: the labour protection equipment, sign the labour agreement, the social insurance, health insurance regime etc. and other regimes in relation to the employees. The Executive Committee of the Trade Union will try to be active, protect and bring maximum benefits to the unionists.

5. The Executive Committee of the Trade Union will operate in a transparent and democratic manner: make the books in relation to the Trade Union activities such as: the meeting book of the Executive Committee, the monitoring book of the unionist development, the financial books of the trade union, the payment forms for the movement and visiting the unionists.

Making the annual operational programs, the operating regulations of the Executive Committee, the coordination regulations and the internal spending regulations. Fully implementing the monthly and quarterly reports in accordance with the regulations of the Trade Union ………..
